This is the billing descriptor for credit and debit card purchases from Ascending Labs, including card-funded Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases.

Billing Questions

If you do not recognize a charge, contact support@ascendinglabs.shop or text 346-408-8480. Include your order number, charge date and amount. Do not send your full card number or security code.

We can help identify the purchase and investigate any billing concern. You retain your right to contact your card issuer about an incorrect or unauthorized charge.

Order Policies

All sales are final. Confirmed fulfillment or shipping errors are resolved with reshipment and/or store credit, not refunds to the original payment method.
